Thank you for your interest in accommodations at Hill College House. This registration site is for those interested in staying on campus for the Speech Prosody Conference. Please note registering for accommodations does not mean you have registered for the Conference.

The Details:
Registered conference attendees have the option to stay on Penn's campus at Hill College House
Monday 5/25 and Saturday 5/30
Minimum length of stay requirement: 3-nights
Maximum length of stay: 5-nights
Please be aware you will need to create an Iris account to register for Hill House rooms, which requires your email and a password. Click Register Now link at the top of the page to complete your reservation.
Check-in: After 2:00 p.m. on your arrival date
Check out is by 10:00 a.m. on your selected check-out date
Rooming Options:
Private Single Room: This is a private room with 1 extra-long twin bed, closet space, chest of drawers, desk with chair.
Rate: $139.00 per room per night
Shared Double Room: This is a room with 2 extra-long twin beds, closet space, chest of drawers, desk with chair.
Rate: $199.00 per room per night
** All rooms are air-conditioned**
What does this include:
- Linen - Bedding necessities including a lightweight blanket, pillow with pillowcase, sheets, towels, and washcloth
- Security - The front desk will be staffed 24/7 and security will be in the building 24/7
- Penn Summer Card - this University-issued card will be provided to you at check-in. This card will act as your room key and allow you to access to the building through the security portals at the front door * Without this temp card you will not be able to access the building or your room, and these temp cards must be returned at check-out *
Things to know before booking:
- Community Bathrooms - Multiple bathrooms are located on each floor, Please Note: all shower and toilet areas within these bathrooms are private.
- Please Note: Your room is not equipped with hangers, iron or ironing boards, alarm clocks, televisions, telephones.
- Rooms are available only to registered conference attendees. If you're traveling with family or friends who are not attending the conference, they will not be allowed to reside in Hill College House.
- Guest Policy - No outside guests are able to enter the building.
- Parking - Parking is not included with your housing. You may park on campus in garages designated for visitors. You are responsible to pay the posted rates at the garage. You may locate visitor lots and additional information on the Penn Transportation Website.
