2019 Summer VETS Program On-Campus Housing
Thank you for your interest in applying for accommodations at the University of Pennsylvania for the Summer VETS Program.
Rooms are available two days before the program through two days after. Please note that there is a 3 night minimum and you will be staying in an air-conditioned multi-occupancy suite with a shared bathroom and living space and private bedrooms in a residence hall on campus. Kitchens are not guaranteed. Rooms feature an extra-long twin bed, desk and dresser per person for $85.00 + 15.5% tax per night. You will also be charged a non-refundable $10 application fee at the time of application. Finally, if you are not a current Penn student and do not have a valid PennCard you will need to purchase a Temp card for $27 - you will have this option as you proceed through the application. A Temp card will give you access to the building you will be housed in and to your room. Linen is included in your nightly rate already and will be provided in a pack in your room prior to your check in; a linen pack consists of a sheet set, pillow, towels and a washcloth.
Reservations If you will be age 18 or older on the day that you check-in, please register by filling out the form and submitting payment on this registration site. If you will not be 18 years old on the day of your check-in, please contact Julian Krinsky Camps and Programs at (610) 265-9401 or visit their website here.
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
While we are aware that the demands of family and business may necessitate a change in plans, withdrawal requests received less than 30 days prior to the event incur a withdrawal fee of one night's stay plus tax. Withdrawals received less than 14 days prior to your check-in are subject to forfeiture. Refunds will be issued through the method that payment was received.
By submitting an application, you agree to adhere to the housing policies and procedures that are stipulated in the Summer Occupancy Agreement and Policies and Procedures Handbook. Links to these documents are also provided to the right of the registration site.
